You must be at least 21 years of age and natural person to open an account. Corporate accounts are not permitted. One account per household is the maximum.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit. Minimum withdrawal isRM50; processing time is typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts.

Musik4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account without prior notice. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Musik4D grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence expressly excludes any right to:

Musik4D may, at its absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, service, or the Platform itself at any time without liability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where such changes are material, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific service or game title.
All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:
6.1 Deposits The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank online banking (FPX), and Hong Leong Connect (FPX). E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
6.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("Source of Funds" rule). For verified accounts, withdrawal processing targets under5 minutes for e-wallet methods; FPX transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank.
6.3 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Musik4D reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks at any time.
6.4 Currency All balances are maintained in MYR. Musik4D does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are solely your responsibility.
6.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. An administrative fee of RM10 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances. Musik4D will attempt to notify you before such deductions commence.
Musik4D reserves the right to reverse, void, or withold any transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or violation of these Terms.
All promotional offers made available by Musik4D are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise are as follows:
Musik4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or fraudulently claim bonuses — including through multi-accounting, use of VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions, or coordinated play — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances, suspension of the account, and potential legal action.
The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Musik4D platform. Specific product rules (e.g., football, casino, live dealer) are published within the respective product sections of the Platform.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Musik4D platform:
All content on the Musik4D Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, trademarks, graphic design, software, games, text, audio, and visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of Musik4D or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no rights to any intellectual property by virtue of these Terms or your use of the Platform, other than the limited personal licence expressly granted in Section 5. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Musik4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Musik4D's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into the Platform in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Musik4D does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Musik4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age.

Musik4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an account is closed by Musik4D for reasons other than fraud, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via original deposit method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements. Return of funds to accounts closed for fraud or suspected fraud is at Musik4D's absolute discretion and subject to law enforcement obligations.
Musik4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered account holders by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, providing notice via your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Musik4D holds its operating licence. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision of Malaysian law shall be construed as incorporating these Terms into any Malaysian regulatory framework.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitral institution, as determined by Musik4D.
You irevocably waive any right to bring a class-action claim against Musik4D. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
