Musik4D is committed to protecting the personal data of every player who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your own information under applicable data protection principles.
The cards below summarise our core privacy commitments. The full binding policy text follows underneath — please read it in its entirety.
Registration details, identity documents (KYC), payment information, device and browser data, and behavioural activity on the platform. We collect only what is necessary for safe, compliant operation.
To verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals in MYR, detect fraud, comply with our licensing obligations, and deliver a safe, personalised gaming experience tailored for Malaysian players.
Payment processors (e.g., FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet operators), identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and licensing authorities — never sold to advertisers or data brokers.
256-bit SSL encryption in transit. Encrypted storage at rest. Role-based access controls limiting internal data access to authorised personnel only. Regular third-party security audits.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for marketing communications.
Active account data is retained for the duration of your account. KYC and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years post-closure in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by Musik4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and applies to all personal data collected through the website located at musik4d.cam and all associated services, features, and products offered by Musik4D.
We recognise that privacy is a fundamental right. Musik4D is committed to processing personal data in a manner that is lawful, transparent, and proportionate to the purposes for which it is collected. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising purposes. Your data exists within the Musik4D ecosystem to make your experience safer, faster, and more personalised.
By creating a Musik4D account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions apply:
Musik4D acts as the Data Controller for all personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform. As Data Controller, we determine what data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and the safeguards applied to its handling.
Where we engage third-party service providers to process data on our behalf (for example, identity verification companies, payment gateway operators, or fraud detection services), those parties act as Data Processors and are bound by contractual data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the purposes defined by Musik4D.
For all data-related enquiries, requests, or complaints, please contact our designated Data Protection contact (see Section 16 of this Policy).
We collect personal data from you directly (through registration and use of the Platform) and automatically (through technical systems). The categories of data we collect are as follows:
4.1 Registration & Account Data. Full name, date of birth, residential address (including city — e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam), email address, phone number, chosen username, and account preferences set during registration.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. Copies of government-issued identity documents (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address documents (utility bills, bank statements), and live selfie images submitted as part of the KYC verification process. This data is handled with the highest level of security and access restriction.
4.3 Financial & Transaction Data. Records of all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and account balance movements. Payment method identifiers associated with your account (e.g., registered Touch 'n Go eWallet reference, DuitNow account, Maybank2u FPX token, CIMB or Public Bank account reference). We do not store full bank account numbers or full card numbers in plaintext.
4.4 Technical & Usage Data. IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, referring URL, pages visited on the Platform, session duration, clicks, game session data, and timestamps of all key account actions.
4.5 Communications Data. Records of all live chat conversations, email correspondence, and support tickets submitted to Musik4D. These records are retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.
4.6 Responsible Gambling Data. Records of any deposit limits, self-exclusion requests, cooling-off periods, or responsible gambling tools activated on your account. This data is processed to fulfil our duty of care obligations and is treated with particular sensitivity.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, or health data beyond what may be incidentally disclosed in responsible gambling communications, which are handled under strict confidentiality.

Musik4D uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. The following categories of cookies are used:
You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of parts of the Platform. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking or to build third-party advertising profiles.
Musik4D may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, platform updates, and events — but only where you have provided explicit opt-in consent during registration or at a later point through your account settings.
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by:
Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to continue using the Platform or to receive service-related communications (e.g., account verification notifications, transaction receipts, security alerts), which are operational in nature and sent regardless of marketing preference.
Subject to applicable law and certain limitations (including our AML record-keeping obligations), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by Musik4D:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.
Request deletion of your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it. Note: certain data must be retained for legal compliance.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for fraud detection, where compelling grounds exist.
Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller where technically feasible.
Request that processing of your data be restricted (e.g., while a rectification request is under review) without deletion.
To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to our data protection contact (see Section 16). We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days with notification.
Musik4D implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include, but are not limited to:
Notwithstanding the above, no transmission of data over the internet is fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Musik4D will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
The Musik4D platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under 21 years of age. Our KYC verification process is specifically designed to identify and reject underage registrations.
If Musik4D discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the collected personal data to the extent permissible by law, and take such further action as is required by our responsible gambling obligations. No wagering activity or deposits will be processed for underage accounts, and any funds received will be returned via the original payment method.
Musik4D reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, where we introduce a new category of data processing or change the basis on which we share data with third parties — we will publish the updated Policy on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered account holders by email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you should cease use of the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
